- 1.5 cup cooked rice cooked
 - 1.5 cup diced green cabbage
 - 1.5 cup mixed veg microwaved frozen peas, carrot, corn
 - 2 cup chopped barbecue pork
 - 2 scallions minced
 - 5 eggs beaten
 - SAN-J Tamari Organic 25% less sodium
 
Directions
- Add frozen veg to a bowl and cover with water, and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
 - Heat neutral oil in a pan, until ripping hot.
 - Add beaten eggs and scrabble.
 - When eggs are almost cooked through, add rice and cabbage mixture, and mix evenly.
 - After about 1 minute, add vegetables, barbecue pork, and mix thoroughly
 - Add Tamari to the sides of the pan, to create a deeper smoky/charred flavor, and mix well (move fast, so it doesn’t burn)
 - Add scallions right before serving
