- 1 cauliflower pizza crust
 - 1 pound ground chicken, cooked
 - 1/3 cup San-J Korean BBQ Sauce
 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1/4 cup sliced red onion
 - 1/2 cup pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces
 - 1/2 cup arugula
 
Directions
- Cook the pizza crust according to package directions. Leave oven on.
 - Combine chicken with San-J Korean BBQ Sauce.
